Great question! We offer a concierge service for every patient who provides us with their insurance information. Our team will personally verify your benefits on your behalf so you’ll know exactly what’s covered before your visit.
We’ll check your coverage for you! Simply email us directly at concierge@smilestorydentistry.com with:
• Photos of the front and back of your insurance card
• Your date of birth

For MetLife patients, your Member ID may be your Social Security Number (SSN). If you’re unsure, include it when submitting your information so we can confirm your benefits without delay.
That’s okay—we see many out-of-network patients! As a courtesy, our concierge team will file claims on your behalf so you can still take advantage of any out-of-network benefits your plan provides. We’ll also give you a clear estimate of your coverage and out-of-pocket costs, if any, before starting treatment, so there are no surprises.
